Shipping policy

We provide discreet, protected and fully insured shipping. Delivery is free in the U.S. and we also ship internationally. We send most domestic orders overnight so delivery within the U.S. takes 1-3 business days. Most of Europe and Asia, 5 business days using FedEx or DHL. We always send shipping confirmation emails and provide tracking numbers.

Your items will be shipped in discreet packaging for better security. All orders above $50,000 USD are shipped with UPS or Brinks Armed Guard to a business address.  

There's no need to worry about your item being damaged on it's way to you. This has never been an issue for us. However, if your order does arrive damaged, you are covered. Every item automatically includes complementary delivery insurance.

If your purchase is a gift, please contact us to let us know. We can disguise your package so you get to surprise your special someone. We are also happy to include a complementary card and gift wrap for your items.
